Catch Title:       Community based in-home services.

Summary/Major Elements:

· The state department of health currently administers a community based program that provides to clients certain in-home services such as homemaking services, respite care and adult day care.  While the current statute appears to require that these services only be provided to "senior citizens," the department has in the past also provided these same services to disabled adults.

· This bill clarifies that the program will offer these services both to Wyoming senior citizens and to disabled adults 18 years of age and older.

· The bill further modifies a number of terms describing the services to be provided.
