Summary/Major Elements:

· This act:

· Authorizes the Board of Parole to require parolees to make payment of specified obligations as conditions of parole, including support of dependents; court ordered fines, reimbursements and surcharges; costs of services and treatments the parolee may be receiving; and, costs of supervision of the parolee;

· Requires the Board to make a finding that the parolee is reasonably capable of making the payments before imposing the required payments as a condition of parole.
