Subject:  Miscellaneous amendments to unemployment compensation.

Summary/Major Elements:  This act:

· Provides that the five year limitation for recoupment of benefit overpayments does not apply if the overpayment was the result of the claimant's fraud;

· Clarifies that a delinquent employer's penalty contribution rate continues to apply until the end of the calendar quarter in which all delinquent contributions, interest and penalties are paid;

· Raises the monetary threshold for construction projects in impact industries that require bonding from $25 Million to $100 Million.
