Summary/Major Elements:

· Under current law, a minimum of 2 signatures are required on applications for alcohol licenses and permits filed by corporations or limited liability companies.

· This bill amends the requirements for applications for alcohol beverage licenses and permits filed by corporations or limited liability companies by allowing a single signature on the application if:

· All the stock in a corporation is owned by one person; or

· The person signing the application on behalf of a limited liability company is authorized to act on behalf of the limited liability company.
