Summary/Major Elements:

· The Law Enforcement Interstate Mutual Aid Act currently requires the governor's approval (either oral or written) before a Wyoming law enforcement agency may respond under a mutual aid agreement.

· This bill amends the Law Enforcement Interstate Mutual Aid Act to allow an agreement entered into under the Act to include specified emergencies for which parties under the agreement and the governor concur that law enforcement may respond without the governor's authorization.
