Catch Title:       University of Wyoming specialty license plate.

Subject:  Authorizing University of Wyoming specialty licenses plates.

Summary/Major Elements:

· A distinctive University of Wyoming specialty licenses plate may be issued to a person who files a statement of eligibility with the University of Wyoming.

· A written statement of eligibility will be issued for the distinctive licenses plates upon payment of $100 to the University.

· Issuance and renewal of distinctive licenses plates are subject to the same requirements and fees as all other licenses plates.

· The eligibility fees collected by the University shall be deposited in a "student support fund". Revenues from the fund shall be used for student financial aid and for other projects and programs that directly support students.

Comments:

• Production of University plates will be eliminated if 1,000 are not issued by December 31, 2016.
