Makes the following authorizations/appropriations for the following projects:

· Northern Wyoming CC Gillette campus: $18,394 appropriated for technical education center

· Laramie County CC: $7,435,774 appropriated for health science building; may expend $7,534,774 for new plant facilities and infrastructure for the health sciences building

· Western Wyoming CC:  $4,000,000 appropriated for a dormitory residence hall (college to raise $2,000,000); $3,008,600 for a diesel technology facility

· Northern Wyoming CC:   may expend $18,397,000 from private sources for a Gillette technology education center; may expend $1,982,555 for a health science education building

· Northwest CC:  may expend $13,626,450 for a workforce development and technology building

· Casper College:  may expend $20,250,000 for a campus commons building; may expend $1,092,000 for a vocational education addition

· Central Wyoming CC:  may expend $6,880,000 for an equine education center; may expend $8,118,000 for housing units; may expend $19,833,228 for a new science building and renovations to the technology center and classroom wing
