• Transfers the Wyoming main street program from the department of agriculture to the Wyoming business council, including funds and positions.

• Modifies program requirements by eliminating storefront renovations but adding building exterior improvements. 

• Provides for the selection criteria to be applied by the business council in choosing municipalities to participate in the program.

• Eliminates the main street pilot program.

• Report Required - Requires an annual report by the Wyoming main street advisory board to the Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Interim Committee no later than September 1 of each year.
