Summary/Major Elements:  This act:

· Provides that a delinquent employer's liability to repay awards to injured employees includes both paid and reserved amounts;

· Clarifies that the attorney general's authority to bring a civil collection lawsuit against a delinquent employer is triggered, in addition to default in paying premium, by a delinquency in paying claims reimbursement, interest and other penalties;

·  Clarifies that the attorney general has authority to bring a collection lawsuit against a delinquent employer for all premium, claims reimbursement, interest and penalties owed by the employer.
