Summary/Major Elements:

· This bill provides for a youth archery license and provides for a reduced price for youth archery licenses ($6 for resident and $12 for nonresidents as compared to $14 and $28 for adult archery licenses).

· Exempts the youth archery license from the $2 agent selling fee.

· Includes the youth archery licenses in the recoupment program (allowing the game and fish department to submit requests for reimbursement from state funds for lost revenues due to reduced priced licenses).
