All revenues received by the state from the lease, sale, assignment or transfer of ownership of water resulting from the state's interest in the Glendo reservoir is to be deposited into the Glendo reservoir account.

The account is used to meet the operation, maintenance,  replacement and other contract obligations of the state related to the Glendo reservoir.

$800,000 is transferred from water development account I to the account.
