Summary/Major Elements:

· Previously W.S. 3-1-110 limited the information that could be included within a sealed file of a ward of the state to those items listed in W.S. 16-4-203(a) and (d).

· This act allows inclusion of “any personally identifiable information, including financial information related to the ward” to be included in the sealed file of the ward.
