Summary/Major Elements:

· This act increases the number of antelope hunting licenses issued to non-profit organizations dedicated to providing hunting opportunities to disabled hunters from 30 licenses to 50 licenses.

· This act authorizes the game and fish commission to establish rules allowing the taking of game animals with the use of artificial light or lighting devices by persons with central visual acuity disabilities.

· This act repeals a provision limiting issuance of a disabled hunter companion permit to an individual designated by the disabled hunter.  Repeal of this provision will allow the commission to promulgate rules to issue those companion permits to organizations.
