· This act authorizes resident tuition at the University of Wyoming and community colleges for honorably discharged veterans who do not otherwise qualify as Wyoming residents but who have taken documented steps to become residents.

· The act applies to veterans who were honorably discharged within 12 months before application, or within 12 months before acceptance if already enrolled on April 1, 2014.
