Senator Gerald Geis, Chairman, Joint Agriculture,
Public Lands and Water Resources Interim Committee, has announced the Committee
will meet:

The purpose of this meeting is to start initial discussion of 2006 interim topics including: Board of Agriculture and Youth Leadership, Wheat Commission, national grain and feed mills, weeds, pests, fertilizer, predators, conservation reserve enhancement program, bio-diesel incentives, Livestock Board,
care of abused animals, eminent domain, conflicting bids/contributory values on state lands, well digger requirements, development of small water projects, in-stream flow from stored water and pesticides in ground water.
The Legislative Service Office will distribute an agenda for
this meeting at a later date. Please direct questions about this meeting to
Legislative Service Office Committee staff Maxine Weaver. Persons
