School Finance.

Allocation-Expenditure Study.

Following up on preliminary findings submitted at the June 18, 2007 Committee meeting and in accordance with 2006 Laws, Chapter 37, Section 8, Picus & Associates will present its analysis of school district expenditures following implementation of the recalibrated block grant model, the impact of education strategies underlying the recalibrated model on district education programs and the programmatic uses by districts of resources made available under the model.  This effort is based upon school year 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 expenditure data.
